RULES *:The decision of the Judge is final. *:All Riding members must be suitably dressed, ie. hard hats must be worn. Riders must wear the recommended saftey hat. Non standard riding gear may NOT be worn in any classes. *: The Committee have the right to ask for any animal, they believe to be acting dangerously, to leave the showground. *:Everything that is possible will be done to avoid anyone missing a class through the clashing of times, but the Organisers cannot be held responsible should this happen. *:Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. *:The Organisers reserve the right to change a class, ring or timing if necessary. *: Lead reins may only enter in lead rein classes. *: No colts or Stallions to be entered in any Young Handler classes. *: Handlers of stallions or colts must have attained their 14th birthday before 1st January in the current year. * All foals must be at least three weeks old on the day of the show and must accompany their dam and led along side the mare as much as possible. *: Stallions to be handled by responsible, knowledgable, Competitors at all times. *: Stallions must be bitted and kept boxed after their classes. *:No cantering allowed on the Showfield, except in the Show-ring and Warm-up areas.
* Compaints to be in writing in the Book provided on the secretaries desk and accompanied by a £15.00 deposit. * Deposits will be refunded if the complaint is up-held.
DISCLAIMER No claim will be entertained by the committee for anything which may happen to competitors, on-lookers, their servants, property or horses in connection with, or arising from, the show or club activity. It should be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall indemnify the committee against any legal action arising there from.
ENTRY FEES CLASSES 1 TO 40 £6.00 PER CLASS (NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY) CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES 20TH MAY 2008 AND SEPTEMBER 15TH 2008 FIRST AID £1 PER COMPETITOR
CLASSES 41 - 47 £6 PER CLASS ENTRIES TAKEN ON THE DAY WITH A SURCHARGE OF £2.00 PER CLASS TO APPLY.
